About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Purchase Accounts - Battery Scrap*
- Daily entry of scrap purchase bills from dealers in Tally - Weight, Rate (LME Linked), GST
- Check Weighbridge Slip vs Bill vs LR Copy - Difference reporting to CFO
- Dealer ledger reconciliation + Payment schedule preparation
2. Sales Accounts - Lead Ingots*
- Prepare Sale Invoices for Lead Ingots - Buyer PO check, LME rate check
- Generate E-way Bill, E-Invoice on portal - No dispatch without bill
- Buyer ledger - 7-day collection follow-up on WhatsApp + Email
3. Logistics & Expenses*
- Transporter freight bill entry & verification - Per MT rate check
- Petrol/Diesel, Furnace Oil bills entry - Monthly expense sheet
- Bank statement reconciliation - Daily
4. Compliance Support*
- GST data preparation for GSTR-1, 3B - Assist CA
- TDS deduction for transporter / contractor
- Daily 6 PM report to CFO - Purchase / Sale / Payment
Preferred candidate profile
Must Have:*
- Tally Prime + Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) Expert
- Know GST Portal, E-way Bill Portal
- Honest - No cash handling without slip
- Ready to visit Plant 2 times/month (Travel paid)
