Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the Finance & Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle Tally/Tally Prime and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST and TDS.
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation and ledger management.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
