Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices and financial records accurately.
• Assist in GST, TDS, invoicing and statutory compliance activities.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation, customer/vendor reconciliation and outstanding follow-ups.
• Assist in preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and other financial reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, expenses and supporting documents before accounting.
• Assist in monthly/year-end closing, audits and taxation-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors and internal teams for accounting requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of day-to-day accounting and basic statutory compliance.
• Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet accounting deadlines.
