Account Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are
• recorded
• Update accounts receivables/payables and issue invoices
• Looking after routine and special banking transactions
• Managing payment follow ups
• Checking all vouchers and invoices as per purchase order and challans
• Preparing Bank reconciliation statements
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records and so on as assigned
• Prepare error free weekly/monthly accounting reports and present their reviews

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate with 1-2 yrs experience in Accounts
