Position: Account Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, invoices, and other financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and invoices.
• Support the finance team during monthly closing, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts / Finance.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with manufacturing/industrial company experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
