Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Prepare and submit GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS returns (TDS return), and income tax returns (ITR) on time.
• Generate e-way bills for outward deliveries and delivery challans for inward stock entries.
• Ensure accurate calculation of taxes (GST, Service Tax) and TDS deductions from customer payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a degree in B.Tech (Computers).
• Proficiency in preparing GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS returns (TDS return), ITRs (Income Tax Returns), E-way bills generation.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations governing business operations.
