Accounts Executive - Job Description


Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our EV Charging & Infrastructure business, including EV charger sales, installation, maintenance, and EV charging services.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
* Prepare and verify customer invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding receivables/payables.
* Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
* Reconcile EV charging transactions, UPI/payment gateway collections, and charging station revenue with system reports and bank statements.
* Maintain accounts related to EV charger sales, installation projects, AMC/O&M services, and charging operations.
* Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and maintain supporting documents.
* Prepare monthly MIS reports, outstanding reports, expense statements, and project/station-wise financial reports.
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
* Support monthly/year-end closing and audit requirements.

Qualification & Experience

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
* 1-6 years of experience in accounting.
* Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
* Experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, infrastructure, or service businesses will be an added advantage.
