Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice processing, and should be residing near Mahadevapura, Bangalore for ease of commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally
  
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  
• Process and reconcile vendor and customer invoices
  
• Prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants as required
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Tally
  
• Good knowledge of GST & TDS
  
• Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  
• Expertise in Invoice generation and processing
  
• Working knowledge of bank reconciliation
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel
  
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  
• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting
  
• Candidates residing near Mahadevapura / Whitefield / KR Puram / Marathahalli preferred
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred
