Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PTP Fresher to join our finance team. In this role, you will learn and help with the entire process of buying goods and paying for them. This includes checking invoices, matching bills, and making sure our vendors get paid correctly and on time.Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with high accuracy.
• Three-Way Matching: Compare purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to find any differences.
• Vendor Support: Answer basic questions from suppliers about their payment status via email or phone.
• Data Entry: Keep vendor records and financial data clean and updated.
• Error Resolution: Help the team investigate why an invoice or payment might be incorrect.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement (buying) and finance departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Math Skills: Good with numbers and basic accounting principles.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (like sorting data and using simple formulas).
• Communication: Clear written and spoken English skills for talking to team members and vendors.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot mistakes in long lists of numbers or words.
• Tools (Plus): Any familiarity with ERP software like SAP or Oracle is a plus but not required.
