Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Executive Warehouse to manage warehouse invoicing and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory transactions, ERP systems, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices related to warehouse operations accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate financial and invoicing records for warehouse transactions.
• Verify inventory movements and ensure accuracy of stock-related documentation.
• Manage inventory control processes and support reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse transactions and inventory.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and effective utilization of ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and verification purposes.
