Account Executive

Role: On roll - Finance executive
Education: CMA Inter or CA Inter
Experience: 2+ years

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable processing and monitoring
• Customer invoicing and billing coordination
• Payment application and allocation
• Customer account reconciliation
• Aging analysis and follow-up on outstanding receivables
• Coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers
• Month-end and year-end AR closing activities
• AR reporting and MIS
• Internal controls and process compliance

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping mandatory
• Working knowledge of Tally — mandatory
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or any cloud-based accounting software — preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reconciliations
• Knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation and filing
