Designation: Accountant - MIS & Reporting
Reporting To: Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant - MIS & Reporting with strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel to manage accounting activities and prepare accurate, management-friendly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, receivables and payables.
• Extract and export financial data from Tally to Excel.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering sales, purchases, receivables, payables, cash flow and profitability.
• Prepare ageing and outstanding reports for debtors and creditors.
• Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies, trends and variances.
• Create Excel-based dashboards, reports and presentations using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, etc.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial and operational data.
• Prepare reports independently and within defined timelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally and Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts & Dashboards.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of MIS, reconciliation, AP/AR and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Experience: 2-6 years in Accounting / MIS Reporting
Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Construction, EPC or Infrastructure sector.
