Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting routines including DBS preparation, bank reconciliation, and suspense account clearance
• Invoice booking (Admin, Purchase, Sales Domestic & Export) with proper TDS effect in Tally
• Preparation of einvoices for commission, rent, and service income
• Travelling voucher entries and CMS file preparation for employee reimbursements
• Weekly foreign payments processing via HFDC Bank Enet portal
• Monthly MIS reporting including Debtors MIS, Sales MIS, and Banking MIS(CIF/FOB/FCY spending)
• GLA entries and reconciliation on a weekly basis
• Compliance support including TAS, Income Tax, LC documentation, and IPO/PreIPO related work
• Balance sheet, P&L, and finalization support

Qualifications & Experience

• Commerce background (B.Com/BMS)
• 4–6 years of experience in agency trading, manufacturing, or service industries
• Strong proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of AImodules for accounting automation preferred
• Exposure to exports, imports, LC documentation, and compliance processes
• Experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage
