Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage order to cash process from receipt of orders to payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process OTC transactions, including invoicing, credit notes, and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the system.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cash applications, invoicing, and collections processes.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for managing OTC operations.
