Job Description

We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in daytoday accounting operations and a good understanding of statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain the general ledger
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during audits
• Ensure compliance with TDS returns and statutory timelines
• Assist with GST returns and related compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software is an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com or relevant qualification
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
