Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client billing, ensuring timely submission of invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Process bills payable, including voucher entry and reconciliations.
• Oversee receivables management, including tracking outstanding debts and implementing collection strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billings.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Strong understanding of bills payable, bills receivable, client billing, payment follow-up processes.
• Proficiency in voucher entry and basic knowledge of accounting software.
