Role DescriptionThe Junior Accountant & Client Payment Coordinator will handle basic accounting activities along with client payment coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts and invoices, recording payments, following up with clients for pending payments, handling payment-related calls, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client accounts, build relationships, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, and technical domains to deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing) and how they support client objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and using common office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or client-facing sales/account management role is preferred.
