Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts on CPPP portal, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Conduct regular audits of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
