Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, book keeping, and general accounting tasks.
  
• Ensure timely finalization of financial statements and compliance with GST regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP software and perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to finances.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or a related field (accounting).
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software for managing day-to-day accounting operations.
  
• Strong understanding of GST laws and regulations for tax compliance purposes.
  
• Excellent analytical skills for preparing MIS reports from raw data using Excel formulas and pivot tables.
