Role overview:

We're looking for a full-time Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of accounting operations in a dynamic, scaling startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all financial activities.
• Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage bank transactions, cash flow, and daily cash management activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Prior experience in Tally and familiarity with reconciliation processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Prior accounting experience preferred (internships can be considered).
