Accounts Executive

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with sound knowledge of accounting, billing and financial documentation.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Goa

Candidates settled in Goa, preferably South Goa, will be given preference.

Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, responsible for managing and growing relationships with prospective students, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders. This role involves handling inquiries, guiding candidates through the admissions process, and maintaining accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions. The Account Executive will coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support enrollment targets, participate in events and outreach activities, and prepare reports on sales and engagement performance. Daily tasks include follow-up communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings, resolving queries promptly, and ensuring a professional and service-oriented experience for all contacts. The role also requires supporting local campus operations and contributing to initiatives that strengthen IIHM's presence in the Goa region.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead management, prospect nurturing, and conversion-focused follow-up.
• Experience in customer service and communication, with the ability to explain programs clearly and handle queries in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in basic business administration tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools), and email and phone communication systems.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills in Goa are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic, marketing, and operations teams and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in education or hospitality sales is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, target-oriented approach to work.
