Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of payment support schedules and NHPL and subsidiary payment proposals.
• Prepare first drafts of FD interest, consultant, and provision workings.
• Own vendor bill accounting and routine accounting entries end-to-end.
• Be the go-to person for vendor onboarding, documentation, and approvals.
• Keep vendor advances on track and drive timely settlements.
• Review books diligently and champion the payment process protocol.
• Put your knowledge of TDS deduction and statutory payments (TDS, GST, and other compliance payments) to work.
• Cross-check GL balances like a pro before payment schedules go out.
• Play a key role in month-end closing, reconciliations, and everyday finance operations.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and spot opportunities to automate finance processes using AI and digital tools.

Requirements:

• B. Com or equivalent, or any specialisation in finance.
• 1-2 years of experience, and yes, freshers with the right spark are welcome too.
• A solid grip on accounting principles.
• Excel skills that go beyond the basics; bonus points if you're curious about AI tools and finance automation.
• An eye for detail that catches what others miss.
• Great communication skills and a natural ability to coordinate across teams.
