Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Priority Concepts.

The ideal candidate should have 25 years of hands-on accounting experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
• Support the management and external accountant/auditor with required information and documents.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with statutory compliance and other accounting activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Graduate in Commerce / B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good computer skills.
• Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
• Experience in a trading, retail, lighting, electrical, interiors, or similar business will be an advantage.

Perks and benefits

2,50,000 – 3,25,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.Role & responsibilities
