Job Title: Accounts Executive

Industry: Restaurant & Hospitality Operations (Dubai-Based Business)

### Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage Human Resources, Procurement, and Basic Accounting functions for our restaurant business operations in Dubai. The role will be based in Chandigarh and will coordinate closely with the management team and overseas operations.

### Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
- Recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff.
- Employee record management and documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handling employee queries and HR compliance requirements.

Procurement
- Vendor identification and management.
- Obtaining quotations and negotiating rates.
- Purchase order preparation and tracking.
- Inventory coordination and procurement planning.

Accounts & Administration
- Maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Vendor payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
- Preparing MIS reports and management summaries.
- Coordination with external accountants and auditors.

### Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in HR, Procurement, Accounts, or Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.

### Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industries.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and vendor management.
- Familiarity with UAE business operations will be an added advantage.
