Account Executive -Tally Prime Experience

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and accountable Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, supporting statutory compliance, and preparing regular MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and expense entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash and daily financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and basic financial statements.
• Monitor customer and vendor balances and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and accounting records.
• Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
• Assist the senior finance team during monthly closing, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting activities.
  
  

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Fresher to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Fundamentals
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally / ERP
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST & TDS
• Understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Knowledge of Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
• Good numerical and analytical ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Reporting & Coordination

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Internal Coordination: Finance, Purchase, Sales, HR, Operations & Management Teams

External Coordination: Vendors, Customers, Banks and Tax/Compliance Professionals
