Accounts Executive / Accounts Receivable Executive

Vinculum is a well-regarded global SaaS product company specializing in AI-powered commerce solutions, serving 400+ enterprise customers across Online Marketplaces, 3PLs, Distributors, Retailers, Enterprises and D2C Brands.

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage invoicing, revenue reporting, contract coordination, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, collections, and GST/TDS reconciliations.

Responsibilities

· Raise invoices in Tally accurately and on time.

· Prepare and maintain revenue reports.

· Manage contracts and related records.

· Handle Accounts Receivable activities and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Perform account reconciliations, including customer and ledger reconciliations.

· Apply collections against invoices and maintain updated records.

· Support GST and TDS reconciliations.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

· Expertise in Tally.

· Excellent Excel skills.

· Experience in GST and TDS.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and reconciliations.

· Strong communication skills.

· Good team player with a collaborative attitude.

· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to speak Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

· Commerce background preferred.

• Experience in invoicing, collections, Accounts Receivable, and statutory reconciliations.
