Account Executive - Pitampura - Tally / ERP Software

Candidates with practical experience in Tally/Tally Prime, GST, TDS, taxation calculations, billing, purchase

accounting, vendor coordination, bank/ledger reconciliation, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting/CRM

software will be preferred.

Key Expectations from the Role

• Accurate and timely accounting entries.
• Proper maintenance of books, ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Timely completion of GST, TDS, and taxation-related workings.
• Effective vendor and customer coordination.
• Regular follow-up on receivables, payables, and pending accounting documents.
• Accurate and updated Tally/ERP, CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets records.
• Proper reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.
• Maintenance of systematic and audit-ready accounting records.
• Strong coordination with internal departments and management.
