Account Executive - Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GST and TDS payments, statutory return filings, accounts payable, taxation, and other financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• GST Compliance: Handle GST calculations, payments, reconciliations, and timely filing of GST returns.
• TDS Compliance: Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, reconciliations, and timely filing of TDS returns.
• Accounts Payable: Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, expense verification, vendor reconciliations, and payment schedules.
• Taxation: Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable GST, TDS, and other relevant taxation rules and regulations.
• Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate books of accounts, prepare journal entries, and manage general ledger activities.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws, statutory deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, expense reports, and other accounting reports as required.
• Documentation: Maintain proper records of invoices, tax payments, returns, reconciliations, and other financial documents.
• Other Accounting Activities: Support month-end and year-end closing, audit requirements, and other accounting and finance-related tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, payment procedures, and return filings.
• Good understanding of taxation laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Practical experience in accounts payable, vendor management, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounts payable, along with the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely statutory compliance.
