Job Description for Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive
Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Manage personal accounting and financial transactions for Directors.
• Handle accounting entries in Tally ERP, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and manage Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Ledgers, and Trial Balance.
• Prepare cheques/DDs and maintain related records.
• Handle investment transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in Finance Documentation and maintain financial records.
• Support in Balance Sheet preparation, finalization, and Final Accounts.
• Assist in Accounting & P&L preparation and provide required financial information.
• Prepare MIS Reports and audit-related data and documents.
• Support Statutory Compliances and ROC-related work.
• Coordinate and provide necessary documents for audit activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily accounting and finance activities.
