Account Executive - MEA

Keka is a SaaS HRMS platform, helping companies manage the entire employee lifecycle efficiently– hiring, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, performance, and learning in one integrated system.

We have been in the market for 10+ years and currently serve around ten thousand clients in India, US and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the MEA/GCC region
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure
• Conduct product demonstrations for HRMS solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Customer Success)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / HRMS / software sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in outbound/inbound sales and lead conversion
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
• Exposure to GCC markets ( mandatory)
