JOB Role:

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, & general ledger entries.
Prepare & maintain financial statements, balance sheets, & profit & loss reports.
Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and support budget preparations.
Maintain up-to-date financial records in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
Liaise with banks, CA firms, vendors, and other departments as needed.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and central tax regulations.
Prepare reports for management as required.
