Account Executive (Food & Beverage Sector)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, GST & TDS, reconciliations, AP/AR, budgeting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual book closure and financial reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and financial data.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide required financial information.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages/FMCG industry will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently manage accounting activities.
