Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Account Executive – Finance with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves managing day-to-day finance-related activities such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring invoices and payments, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The Account Executive will support GST compliance, coordinate with internal teams and external partners for finance-related queries, and assist in budgeting and cost tracking for client accounts. The position also includes collaborating with account management and sales teams to provide financial insights, maintain up-to-date records, and support reporting and audit requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements.
• Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance processes.
• Experience in Account Management, including coordination with internal teams and clients.
• Exposure to Sales processes and revenue tracking in a services or communications environment.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts, preferably in a marketing, communications, or services organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
