Account Executive - Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for an Accountant with hands-on E-commerce experience to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and month-end closing
• Manage E-commerce sales reconciliation (marketplaces, payment gateways & bank)
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
• Ensure GST compliance for E-commerce transactions (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Handle TDS filings (24Q, 26Q) and Income Tax compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Perform bank, gateway, and ledger reconciliations
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
• Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (E-commerce background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
