Account Executive - Credit

About the Team:

The team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, supporting reconciliation activities, and assisting with financial reporting. The team collaborates with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Purpose of the Job:

The Executive will support day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, reconciliation activities, MIS reporting, and documentation management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions while working in a dynamic business environment.

Your Role:

Accounting Operations

• Assist in processing invoices and maintaining accounting records
  • Support day-to-day accounting activities and documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Assist in account reconciliations and verification of financial data
  • Support preparation of MIS reports and operational trackers
  • Help maintain financial records and supporting schedules

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments for required financial information
  • Follow up on pending documents and transaction-related queries
  • Support communication with vendors and business teams as required

Compliance & Audit Support

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in preparing data required for internal and statutory audits
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures

You’re the Right Fit If You:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Have working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have good communication and coordination skills
  • Are eager to learn and build a career in Finance & Accounts
