Account Executive - Construction / Real Estate

• We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tally Prime / ERP knowledge
• MS Excel (Advanced preferred)
• GST & TDS knowledge
• Financial reporting
• Bank reconciliation
• Invoice verification
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
