About this role
Account Executive - Client Services
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Our Client Services team serves as the first point of contact for our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to deliver thoughtful solutions with measurable results. We dont just aim to solve our clients challenges-we strive to transform their entire category through impactful digital marketing solutions.
On any given day, you might:
- Serve as the key day-to-day agency representative for assigned clients.
- Manage client relationships while ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee and coordinate internal marketing and operational workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement tactical plans and execute day-to-day activities to achieve clients marketing objectives.
- Develop strategic and creative briefs aligned with both agency and client expectations.
- Participate in the client planning process, including situation analysis, digital media planning, and marketing plan development.
- Contribute creatively to ideation, campaign concepts, and execution, bringing a strong point of view to briefs, content, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, and Interactive teams to develop digital strategies, review concepts, and prepare client presentations.
- Support media planning and campaign execution while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and proactively recommend new ideas and digital solutions.
The ideal person:
- Has experience or has been actively involved in the planning and execution of social media shoots/reels.
- Has excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Possesses a strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing, media, and campaign execution.
- akes an analytical and solution-oriented approach to solving client and campaign challenges.
- Can identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and confidently present recommendations to clients.
- Is passionate about digital marketing, creativity, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
You bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in an Account Management/Client Servicing role within a digital, advertising, or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working across digital campaigns, including web, mobile, video, branding, and integrated marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
