Accountant Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage cash, bank transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain jewellery products, designs, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Explain gold purity, weight, making charges, wastage, and other applicable charges.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate billing.
