Account Coordinator - Affiliate Marketing

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Surat. You will support our digital solutions team by handling essential back-office tasks, managing data pipelines, and maintaining operational workflows for global brands and affiliate networks. Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Account Coordination: Support day-to-day administration and workflow coordination for active affiliate marketing accounts.
• Data Integrity Management: Update, verify, audit, and maintain operational records in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reporting Documentation: Assist with performance reports, tracking systems, and process documentation.
• Professional Communication: Manage routine communication with international account teams via email and enterprise tools.
• Operational Agility: Learn and master multiple tasks related to dynamic digital and affiliate operations.

Mandatory Skills Eligibility

• Comfortable navigating computers, web applications, and the internet.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strict attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
