In this role, you ll be the first point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking guidance on financial solutions. You ll work to understand each client s unique needs and help match them with services that support their goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Learn about each client s goals, challenges, and decision-making process
• Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation
• Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation
• Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
• Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required
