Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of basic accounting principles and be comfortable working with accounting software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of reports and monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Support the senior accounts team in audits and other financial activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Tally / other accounting software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B. Com / equivalent Commerce qualification.
• Experience: 03 years in Accounts/Finance.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
