Account And Export Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Banking Executive with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably from the Diamonds & Jewellery Industry.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, banking operations, Tally, reconciliations, EXIM documentation, NSDL transactions, Customs and CHA coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting and banking processes within the jewellery/diamond business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accounting transactions and records in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS), customer/vendor reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage day-to-day banking transactions, payments, receipts, fund transfers and bank documentation.
• Coordinate with banks for import/export transactions, remittances and related documentation.
• Handle EXIM documentation and Import/Export processes.
• Coordinate with Customs, CHA and Banks for smooth EXIM operations.
• Handle NSDL-related transactions and documentation.
• Maintain proper records and filing of Accounts, Banking, EXIM, Customs and NSDL documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of accounting and EXIM activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely processing of all financial and operational documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 7+ years of experience in Accounts & Banking.
• Candidates from Diamonds & Jewellery Industry will be strongly preferred.
• Practical experience in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Banking and Reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience in EXIM / Import-Export processes.
• Knowledge of Customs and CHA coordination.
• Experience in NSDL-related work and documentation.
• Good understanding of Bank Reconciliation, payments, receipts and banking documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Mandatory Industry Experience

Priority will be given to candidates having 5+ years of experience specifically in the Diamonds & Jewellery Industry, particularly in:
