Accocunts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in SAP
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Raise customer invoices and follow up for collections
• Reconcile AP/AR balances periodically
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation
• Support TDS calculations and filings
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• SAP Operations:
• Work on SAP (FI module preferred) for transaction processing
• Generate financial reports and MIS from SAP
• Assist in SAP data validation and troubleshooting
• Month-End & Reporting:
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare schedules and support audit requirements
• Generate MIS reports and variance analysis
• Coordination & Documentation:
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) + MBA in Finance/Mcom
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO preferred)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards
