Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell genuine vehicle accessories to customers.
• Suggest suitable accessories based on customer requirements and vehicle models.
• Achieve monthly accessories sales targets and profitability goals.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to maximize accessories revenue.
• Prepare quotations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Ensure timely installation of accessories before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the stores department for stock availability.
• Follow up with customers for accessory upgrades and additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of automobile accessories and aftermarket products.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Accessories Sales, Automobile Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
