About this role
- Maintain proper records of all automobile accessories and ensure stock availability.
- Manage accessories inventory, including inward, outward, stock transfers, and physical stock verification.
- Handle billing and invoicing for accessories and ensure all billing is accurate and completed on time.
- Maintain records of accessories stock movement between showroom, workshop, stores, and other locations.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for fast-moving and low-stock accessories.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for accessory fitment and customer requirements.
- Ensure accessories are issued only against proper documentation and billing.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, discrepancies, or excess stock.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchase, inward, outward, transfers, returns, and billing.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding accessory availability, deliveries, and replacements.Role & responsibilities
- Ensure accessories are stored properly and the accessories area is maintained in an organized manner.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and billing reports as required.
- Follow dealership policies and ensure proper control over accessories inventory and billing.
- Support the team in achieving accessories sales and revenue targets.
