Description

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Testing Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WCAG guidelines and a passion for making digital content accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

Conduct accessibility audits of web applications and digital content to ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines.
Develop and execute test cases to identify accessibility issues across various platforms and devices.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to provide recommendations for improving accessibility features.
Create detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies for accessibility issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accessibility laws and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

6-9 years of experience in accessibility testing and evaluation with a strong focus on WCAG compliance.
Proficiency in using accessibility testing tools such as Axe, JAWS, NVDA, and others.
Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in manual and automated testing methods for accessibility.
Excellent communication skills to effectively share findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with assistive technologies and their usage in web applications.
