    Access Healthcare is hiring freshers for the position of Back Office Documentation (Non-Voice RCM) for its Hyderabad location.

    • Position: Back Office – Documentation
    • Experience: Freshers
    • Education: Any Graduate except B.Tech/BCA or related fields
    • Preferred: 2026 pass-outs
    • Location: Hyderabad
    • Process: Back Office / Documentation / Non-Voice RCM
    • Work Mode: Work from Office
    • Shift: Fixed Night Shift
    • Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
    • CTC: 2.3 LPA
    • Approx. In-hand: 14,000/month
    • Joining: 15th September
    • Notice Period: Candidates available for onboarding on 15th September



    Job Responsibilities

    As a Back Office Executive – Non-Voice RCM, you will be responsible for:

    • Handling back-office operations related to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
    • Reviewing, verifying, and maintaining documentation with accuracy.
    • Processing and updating records as per company guidelines.
    • Performing non-voice activities such as data entry, claim processing, and account updates.
    • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
    • Maintaining accuracy and productivity while following process guidelines.
    • Supporting smooth day-to-day workflow and documentation activities.
