Role Description The ACCA Tutor will deliver classroom-based ACCA coaching in Jaipur, in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, explaining complex accounting and finance concepts, and using interactive teaching methods to keep learners engaged. The tutor will design lesson plans, prepare study material, and guide learners through exam-oriented problem solving and revision sessions. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students on professional and exam strategies. Collaboration on course development and maintaining an organized, supportive learning environment are key aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ACCA syllabus of performance management.
• Demonstrated teaching, coaching, or mentoring skills in professional or academic settings.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, exam-focused practice, and high-quality study materials.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience in industry or academia related to accounting, finance, or auditing is an advantage.
• Comfort working full-time in an on-site classroom environment in Jaipur, with a learner-centric approach.
