Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to handle end-to-end accounts and statutory compliance for small and mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in GST filing, TDS, account finalization, and RCM returns, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Independently manage accounting operations and account finalization for small companies.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and RCM returns).
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and reconciliation.
• Prepare final accounts including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
• Manage reconciliations bank, vendor, and general ledger.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Assist in statutory and tax audits, coordinating with auditors.
• Prepare and present MIS reports and financial summaries to management.
