Academy Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct student assessments, trials and Train-the-Trainer sessions for academies.
• Identify suitable student profiles for Lakm Salons.
• Coordinate and interact regularly with LAPA trainers.
• Conduct audits of SOPs and consumables used across academies.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving student NPS.
• Travel to different academies and business locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 23 years of teaching experience in a beauty academy.
• Strong expertise in Makeup and Skin.
• Ability to manage multiple training and operational responsibilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and student engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• CIDESCO certification will be preferred.
